About the Role

looking for a Client Relationship Manager to handle customers over calls, understand their queries, provide appropriate solutions, and ensure a positive customer experience. The company provides diagnostic and pathology services with home sample collection and customer support.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers/clients
- Understand and resolve customer queries
- Provide accurate information regarding services and requirements
- Handle complaints and customer concerns professionally
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow up with customers whenever required
- Maintain call logs and update customer records/CRM
- Coordinate internally for timely resolution of customer issues

Requirements





- Graduate in any stream preferred
- 1–4 years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Client Relationship, Telecalling, Telesales, Voice Process or CRM
- Excellent Hindi & English communication
- Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills
- Good problem-solving ability
- Comfortable handling customers over calls
- Customer-oriented and professional approach
