Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing marketing initiatives to strengthen RAC's brand presence and support business growth across all ventures. The role involves managing digital and offline marketing activities, representing the organization at external events, coordinating outreach programs, building relationships with media partners and agencies, and ensuring consistent brand communication across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

· Plan and execute marketing campaigns and branding initiatives across digital and offline platforms.

· Coordinate outreach activities, promotional events, awareness programs, and marketing campaigns.

· Represent RAC professionally while engaging with external agencies, media partners, vendors, and other stakeholders.

· Create and manage marketing content while ensuring consistent brand communication across all channels

· Collaborate with internal teams to support lead generation, business development, and marketing initiatives.

· Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports,



and recommend improvements to enhance marketing effectiveness.

· Manage the marketing budget and ensure the efficient utilization of marketing resources

· Ensure all marketing activities align with the company's brand guidelines and business objectives.

Working Hours· 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM· Monday to Saturday

- Weekly Off: Sunday

Preferred Background

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, Business Development, or Digital Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and social media management.
- Experience in coordinating events, outreach programs, and working with external agencies and media partners.
- Good communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
