Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled Fabrication Engineer with experience in sheet metal fabrication and electrical panel enclosure manufacturing. The candidate will be responsible for supervising fabrication activities, ensuring product quality, and completing production work as per technical drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities :

Supervise fabrication activities, including sheet metal cutting, bending, punching, welding, and assembly.

Read and interpret engineering drawings and fabrication layouts.

Ensure accurate dimensions and proper fitting of electrical panel enclosures and structures.

Coordinate with production, design, and quality teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Monitor fabrication quality, finishing, and adherence to technical specifications.

Manage fabricators, welders, and shop-floor activities.

Ensure timely completion of fabrication work as per production schedules.

Maintain safety standards and proper use of tools and equipment.

Identify fabrication issues and implement corrective actions.





Monitor material utilization and minimize material wastage.

Required Qualifications :

Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant technical field.

Relevant experience in sheet metal fabrication, preferably in electrical panel manufacturing.

Knowledge of cutting, bending, punching, welding, and fabrication processes.

Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.

Knowledge of AutoCAD and fabrication-related tools will be an advantage.

Positive problem-solving, coordination, and team-handling skills.

Preferred Experience :

Experience in fabrication of LT/HT electrical panel enclosures, PCC, MCC, and other electrical control panel structures will be preferred.
