We're Hiring: Sales Executive / Assistant Manager | Commercial Real Estate | Pune

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and close commercial real estate leasing and sales transactions
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, property owners, and brokers
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable property options
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and property inspections
- Manage negotiations, deal closures, and collections
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports
- Stay updated on market trends and business opportunities

What We're Looking For:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate Sales
- Solid client handling and relationship management skills
- Basic verbal and written communication skills
- Undergraduate or graduate candidates can apply




- Comfortable travelling across Pune for client meetings and site visits
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license (Mandatory)
