Job Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase business growth.

Generate new leads and convert them into customers.

Manage digital and offline marketing activities.

Build relationships with hospitals, doctors, corporates and referral partners.

Plan and execute promotional campaigns and local marketing activities.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Manage social media and online marketing initiatives.

Achieve monthly lead generation and revenue targets.

Coordinate with the operations and sales teams for customer conversion.

Prepare regular marketing performance reports.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in Marketing / Sales / Business Development.

Experience in Healthcare, Elder Care, Hospital, Home Care or Senior Living will be an added advantage.

Positive communication and interpersonal skills.





Strong lead generation and customer relationship skills.

Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Two-wheeler is mandatory.

Valid Driving Licence is mandatory.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
