Frameboxx Nagpur is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Education Counsellor to guide students and parents regarding career opportunities and skilled courses in Animation, VFX, 3D Design, Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Video Editing, Motion Graphics, and related creative fields.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a student-focused approach, and the ability to convert enquiries into admissions. Candidates with experience in education counselling, admissions, telecalling, or sales are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle student enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and digital marketing leads.
- Counsel students and parents about available courses, course duration, eligibility, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
- Understand students’ interests and recommend suitable courses in animation, VFX, graphic design, 3D, and other creative domains.
- Follow up regularly with prospective students and parents to convert enquiries into admissions.
- Schedule counselling sessions, campus visits, and student meetings.
- Explain course fees, payment options, batch schedules, and admission requirements accurately.
- Maintain records of enquiries, follow-ups, counselling sessions, and admissions in the CRM or lead management system.
- Achieve monthly enquiry-conversion and admission targets.
- Coordinate with the academic and administration teams to ensure a smooth student admission experience.




- Build positive relationships with students and parents and provide timely responses to their questions.

Skills and Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline; candidates with relevant experience will be preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in education counselling, student admissions, telecalling, or sales is preferred. Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills may also apply.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand student requirements and explain courses clearly.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with prospective students.
- Basic computer knowledge, including email, spreadsheets, and lead management tools.
- Target-oriented, organised, and capable of managing multiple enquiries.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is preferred.

- Experience working with an educational institute, training centre, college, or coaching institute.
- Ability to build trust with students and parents.
- Interest in animation, VFX, graphic design, digital media, and creative career opportunities.
- A professional, persuasive, and student-friendly approach.
