Job Overview

We are looking for a Transportation Executive to join our growing logistics team. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating goods vehicle operations, communicating with drivers and clients, preparing daily reports, and supporting new business opportunities.

This role is suitable for someone who is responsible, energetic, good at communication, willing to travel, and interested in building a career in Logistics & Supply Chain Management.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily goods vehicle and transportation operations.
- Communicate with drivers, transporters, customers, and internal teams.
- Monitor vehicle movement and delivery status.
- Coordinate pickup and delivery schedules.
- Handle transportation-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate daily operational and transportation reports.
- Participate in business meetings and new client visits.
- Support customer relationship and business development activities.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their transportation requirements.
- Identify and support current business opportunities.
- Ensure timely follow-up with prospective and existing clients.
- Be available by phone for urgent operational requirements outside normal working hours when necessary.
- Travel for client meetings, business development, and operational requirements as needed.

Candidate Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in goods vehicle handling, transportation, fleet operations, or logistics.
- Any Degree preferred.
- Diploma/Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of transportation and logistics operations.




- Valuable follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prepare daily reports.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Willingness to travel for business and client requirements.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Candidates with strong business development and client-handling skills will be preferred.

Working Conditions

- Monday to Saturday
- Primarily remote working.
- Business meetings and client visits as required.
- Travel may be required depending on operational and business requirements.
- Flexibility to respond to urgent transportation matters when required.

Salary & Incentives

During 6-Month Probation: ₹8,000 per month

After Successful Completion of Probation: ₹12,000 per month

Performance Incentives: Additional incentives based on business achievement and performance.
