Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Legal Associate interested in building a career in Non-Litigation – Real Estate & Property Law.

Key Responsibilities

- Property title verification and preparation of title reports
- Due diligence for land and property transactions
- Reviewing Sale Deeds, Gift Deeds, Wills, Partition Deeds, Khata Extracts, RTCs, Encumbrance Certificates and other property documents
- Drafting and reviewing Sale Agreements, Lease Deeds, Construction Agreements and Power of Attorney
- Maintaining legal documentation and reports




- Supporting senior lawyers in real estate transactions and client queries

Required Qualifications

- LL.B. from a recognized university
- Interest or academic exposure in Property Law, Transfer of Property Act, Land Acquisition, Stamp Act or RERA
- Positive legal drafting, document review and research skills
- Reading Kannada is mandatory
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and documentation
