Job Summary

We are looking for a technically strong Manufacturing Excellence / Engineering Executive to support R&D;, NPD, machine procurement, CAPEX projects, equipment improvement, commissioning, and manufacturing excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate machines, equipment, and vendors.
- Support machine trials, procurement, installation, commissioning, and acceptance.
- Support R&D; and NPD projects and current product development.
- Identify and implement machine and process improvement opportunities.
- Support CAPEX projects, plant layout, and new-line installation.
- Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, EHS, Electrical, Civil, and vendors.
- Support machine modifications for improved productivity, quality, safety, and reliability.
- Maintain technical documentation, drawings, manuals,



and machine records.

Required Skills

- Strong mechanical and manufacturing knowledge.
- Understanding of machine design, CAPEX, R&D;/NPD, and project execution.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good vendor and cross-functional coordination.
- CAD / Automation / Machine Design knowledge is an added advantage.
- Strong willingness to learn and take ownership.

- Local candidates from Islampur / Sangli will be preferred.
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Production / Industrial Engineering.
- Relevant experience: 0–5 years.
