Hiring: Project Manager – Interior Design & Execution

Experience: 7–9 Years
Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹80,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in interior design execution and civil works to manage projects from site planning to final handover. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with residential interiors, luxury villas, premium properties, and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day execution of interior and civil projects at multiple sites.
- Plan project schedules, timelines, manpower, and material requirements.
- Coordinate with interior designers, site engineers, contractors, vendors, and clients.
- Supervise civil work, carpentry, modular furniture, false ceilings, flooring, painting, electrical, and plumbing.
- Monitor BOQs, quantities, material consumption, labour costs, and project budgets.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve execution issues.
- Maintain daily progress reports and update management on project status.
- Ensure timely procurement and availability of materials at site.
- Handle client coordination, site meetings,



and project-related concerns.
- Ensure safety practices and proper finishing standards at all project sites.
- Manage snag lists, rectification work, and final project handover.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- 7–9 years of experience in interior execution and civil project management.
- Proven experience in residential interiors, luxury villas, premium properties, and commercial projects.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction, interior finishing, materials, drawings, BOQs, and site coordination.
- Experience managing contractors, labour teams, vendors, and multiple projects.
- Valuable understanding of project planning, costing, quality control, and timeline management.
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and ensure smooth project execution.

Salary & Benefits

₹60,000 – ₹80,000 per month, depending on experience and expertise.
