- Plan, monitor, and control daily production activities to achieve production targets.

- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and raw materials.

- Monitor production processes to maintain product quality and minimize wastage.

- Coordinate with the Maintenance, Quality Control, Stores, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

- Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective and preventive actions.

- Ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and delivery timelines.

- Monitor machine performance and coordinate preventive maintenance activities to minimize downtime.

- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

- Maintain production reports, shift records, downtime reports, and other relevant documentation.

- Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards, 5S practices,



and company policies.

- Supervise production workers and ensure proper allocation of duties.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve overall manufacturing performance.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
