We are open to either hiring one combined specialist proficient in both CAD & CAM or two separate engineers (one dedicated CAD Engineer and one dedicated CAM Engineer) based on candidate expertise.

Compensation Structure (Monthly CTC):

- Combined CAD & CAM Engineer (Hands-on experience in both): ₹60,000 / month
- CAM-Only Specialist (Hands-on experience in CAM & VMC programming): ₹40,000 / month
- CAD-Only Specialist (Hands-on experience in 3D/2D modeling & design): ₹30,000 / month

Key Responsibilities:

- CAD Scope (SolidWorks):
- Create and modify 3D models and 2D engineering drawings using SolidWorks.
- Design and modify dies, fixtures, tooling, and machine components.
- Read engineering drawings and apply standard tolerances / GD&T.;
- Maintain CAD drawing files and technical documentation.
- CAM Scope (SolidCAM & VMC Programming):
- Develop, simulate,



and optimize CNC/VMC machining programs using SolidCAM.
- Select optimal cutting tools, feeds, speeds, and machining parameters.
- Support program prove-out directly on the VMC machine and resolve floor machining issues.
- Optimize machining cycle time, tool consumption, and overall cost.
- Coordinate with Tool Room, Production, Quality, and VMC Operators.

Desired Profile / Skillset:

- 2–3 years hands-on experience in SolidWorks, SolidCAM, or both.
- Strong practical knowledge of VMC/CNC machining parameters and tooling.
- Experience in forging, tool room, or die manufacturing is a strong advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
