Key Responsibilities

-Make verification calls to students to confirm admission details and personal information.

-Verify submitted documents for accuracy and completeness.

-Validate student details such as course selection, university, fee information, and contact details.

-Coordinate with the Admissions and Operations teams to resolve discrepancies.

-Update verification status and maintain accurate records in the CRM or internal systems.

-Follow up with students for pending documents or missing information.

-Ensure all verification processes are completed within the defined timelines.

-Maintain confidentiality of student data and adhere to company policies.

-Prepare daily verification reports and update the reporting manager on work progress.

-Handle backend operational tasks related to student verification and documentation.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
