Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Field Executive to provide in office technical support and resolve software-related issues across Chennai. The role involves visiting client locations, including retail shops, warehouses, shopping malls, cafés, hospitals, and other public places.

Training and remote technical support will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit assigned client locations across Chennai to troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues.
- Provide on-site technical assistance and ensure timely resolution of assigned complaints.
- Follow the prescribed troubleshooting procedures and coordinate with the backend team whenever required.
- Complete assigned field visits and update task status promptly.

Eligibility Criteria

- Must own a personal bike.




- Must possess a valid driving licence.
- Willingness to travel across Chennai for field assignments.
- Basic technical troubleshooting skills and a willingness to learn.

Job Details & Benefits

- Work Type: Complete field-based job.
- Working Days: 6 days per week.
- Shift Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Weekly Off: Sunday fixed off.
- Travel Allowance: Provided as per company policy.
- Training & Support: Training and remote assistance will be provided.
