Job Summary

We are looking for a Project Manager – ELV Systems to manage and coordinate ELV projects from planning through execution and completion. The candidate will be responsible for project coordination, site execution, team management, technical documentation, and coordination with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and execute ELV projects as per project requirements and timelines.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, engineers, and site teams.
- Monitor project progress, site activities, and ensure timely completion.
- Review and coordinate AutoCAD drawings, layouts, BOQ, and technical documentation.
- Manage manpower, materials, and site requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors for material procurement and technical requirements.
- Conduct site visits and resolve technical/site-related issues.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.




- Prepare project reports, progress updates, and as-built documentation.
- Ensure proper coordination between design, procurement, and execution teams.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of ELV systems and project execution.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and technical drawings.
- Good understanding of BOQ, material planning, and project documentation.
- Solid coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage site teams and multiple project activities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage project priorities.

ELV Systems Knowledge

Knowledge of the following systems will be an advantage:

- CCTV
- Access Control
- Fire Alarm
- Audio-Visual (AV)
- Structured Cabling / Networking
- IP / Network Infrastructure

Who Can Apply?
