Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) & Process Improvement Professional to join our team.

Position: SQE & Process Improvement

Experience: 5–8 Years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering

Preferred Background: Equipment Manufacturing, R&D;, New Product Development (NPD), or Technical Projects

Key Responsibilities

Supplier quality audits and supplier performance monitoring

Incoming Quality Control (IQC) and raw material/component inspections

Mould and tooling validation, including First Article Inspection (FAI) and T1/T2 trials

NPD quality gate reviews and pilot production validation

Preparation and management of Control Plans, PFMEA and DFMEA

Root Cause Analysis using 5-Why, Fishbone and FMEA methodologies

Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) management





Continuous improvement through Six Sigma and DMAIC projects

Statistical analysis using SPC, Gage R&R; and Cp/Cpk

Coordination with R&D;, production, suppliers and cross-functional teams

Preferred Certifications & Skills

Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt certification

ISO Lead Auditor certification (an added advantage)

Solid knowledge of supplier quality, process improvement and manufacturing quality systems

Experience in defect reduction, problem-solving and quality improvement initiatives
