We are looking for an organized and proactive HR Executive to oversee day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee onboarding, and attendance management.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruitment & Sourcing: Post job openings, screen resumes, schedule candidate interviews, and coordinate hiring pipelines.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage complete onboarding procedures for recent hires, including documentation, orientation, and exit formalities.
- Payroll & Attendance Support: Track daily employee attendance, leaves, and biometric records to assist in monthly payroll processing.
- Employee Engagement: Organize team activities, resolve workplace queries, and foster a positive organizational culture.
- HR Compliance & Records: Maintain accurate employee records, official databases, HR policies, and physical/digital documentation.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
