Fair Pack Machineries Pvt Ltd, a Chennai-based manufacturer of packaging machines, is hiring a Production Manager to run the factory floor.

Role: Plan and run the full build of our packaging machines, from fabrication and machining through assembly, wiring and final testing, so machines go out on time, built right and at the right cost. Lead the shop-floor teams, coordinate with design, purchase and dispatch, hold quality at every stage, and keep the floor safe and organised. This is a project-style, build-to-order environment, not mass production.

Requirements: 8 to 12 years in manufacturing, with at least 3 in a production supervisory or managerial role, ideally in machine building, special-purpose machines, fabrication or capital equipment. Solid on production planning, shop-floor leadership and reading engineering drawings and BOMs. Diploma or B.E. in Mechanical or Production.

Compensation: salary as per experience, plus a performance component tied to on-time delivery and quality. PF, ESI and leave as per company policy.
