Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee restaurant operations at a resort, manage the service team, maintain food and beverage service standards, and ensure an excellent guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily restaurant operations and service activities.
- Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff.
- Coordinate with kitchen and F&B; teams for smooth service.
- Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and service quality.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests.




- Monitor restaurant sales and achieve business targets.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and operational expenses.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Prepare staff schedules and allocate duties.
- Maintain daily sales and operational reports.
