About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Junior Accountant to assist our Senior Accountant with day-to-day accounting activities, documentation, and routine financial and compliance-related work. The ideal candidate should have good command over Microsoft Excel, excellent written and verbal English communication skills, and a willingness to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Senior Accountant with day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Maintain and update accounting records, ledgers, and financial data.
- Work extensively on Microsoft Excel for data entry, reconciliation, and preparation of reports.
- Draft professional emails and handle routine email correspondence.
- Assist in preparing financial statements, schedules, and supporting documents.
- Assist with GST-related work, including basic data preparation and reconciliation.
- Enter and maintain accounting transactions in Tally.
- Organise financial documents and ensure proper record keeping.




- Coordinate with clients and the internal team for accounting information and pending documents.

Required Skills

- Robust working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Ability to draft professional emails independently.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Ability to organise work, meet deadlines, and coordinate effectively with the team.

Preferred Skills

- Working knowledge of Tally.
- Basic understanding of GST and accounting compliances.
- Previous experience working in a CA firm or accounting environment.
