Senior Legal Executive – Legal & Contract Management

Experience: 5–7 Years

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Legal Executive with 5–7 years of experience in end-to-end contract management, legal drafting, review, negotiation, and compliance. The role will be responsible for managing the complete contract lifecycle from initiation to execution, renewal, and closure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including drafting, review, negotiation, execution, renewal, and termination.
- Draft and vet various agreements including MSA, NDA, SOW, vendor/customer agreements, service agreements, lease agreements, and commercial contracts.
- Review contractual terms and identify legal, commercial, regulatory, and operational risks.
- Coordinate with business, procurement, finance, compliance, and other stakeholders for contract finalization and execution.
- Maintain contract repository, trackers, MIS, and renewal/expiry alerts.
- Support contract negotiations and ensure appropriate provisions relating to liability,



indemnity, confidentiality, IP, termination, dispute resolution, data protection, and compliance.
- Ensure contracts are executed in accordance with applicable laws, policies, and internal approval processes.
- Coordinate with external counsel and internal stakeholders on contractual disputes and legal matters.
- Conduct basic legal research and provide contractual/legal advisory support to business teams.

Required Skills:

- Strong contract drafting, reviewing, negotiation, and risk-assessment skills.
- Valuable understanding of commercial contracts and contract lifecycle management (CLM).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder-management, and documentation skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple contracts and deadlines.
- LL.B./LL.M. from a recognized university.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
