Poongsan System Indo Private Limited is looking for an experienced *Site Leader / Site Manager* to manage and coordinate equipment-related activities at customer manufacturing sites. The candidate will lead engineers, technicians, and OSS personnel while coordinating with customers, vendors, Indian management, and Korea HQ to ensure smooth equipment installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and production support.

### Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage *site engineers, technicians, and OSS personnel*.

* Coordinate daily activities according to customer and site requirements.

* Manage *equipment installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and production support*.

* Coordinate with *Korean HQ, Indian management, customers, and vendors*.

* Prepare and monitor daily work schedules and manpower allocation.

* Check daily work reports, attendance, shift schedules, and site activities.

* Monitor equipment performance and resolve technical issues.

* Coordinate *spare parts, material requirements, and local purchasing*.

* Ensure compliance with safety rules and customer site regulations.

* Conduct regular site meetings and follow up on pending issues.

* Prepare *daily/weekly/monthly reports* for management.

* Support customer meetings and communicate site issues clearly.

* Train and guide engineers and technicians whenever required.

* Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth equipment operation and minimize downtime.

* Support machine installation, commissioning, trial runs, and troubleshooting at customer sites.





### Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in *Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Automation, or related Engineering field*.

* *5+ years of experience* in industrial equipment and/or site operations.

* Proven experience leading *engineers or technicians*.

* Experience in *equipment installation, commissioning, maintenance, or production support*.

* Good communication and coordination skills.

* Ability to work at *customer manufacturing sites*.

* Willingness to work *shifts/overtime when required*.

* Good *English / Tamil communication skills*.

* Robust leadership, problem-solving, and team-management abilities.

### Preferred Experience:

* Experience with *SPM, automation, or industrial equipment*.

* Hands-on experience in *machine installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting*.

* Experience leading engineers/technicians at *customer sites*.

* Experience with *PLC, robotics, conveyors, sensors, and vision systems*.

* Experience coordinating with *customers, vendors, and overseas HQ*.

* Experience in production support and industrial equipment maintenance.

* Exposure to Korean manufacturing companies / customer-site operations will be an added advantage.
