Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Placement Manager with strong corporate connections and a proven track record of successfully placing candidates in various organizations. The ideal candidate should have established relationships with HR professionals, recruiters and hiring managers across industries and the ability to drive large-scale placement initiatives.

The candidate must have experience in facilitating at least 500–600 candidate placements and should be capable of generating employment opportunities through an established corporate network.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain robust relationships with corporate organizations, HR departments, recruitment teams and hiring managers.
- Identify employment opportunities for students and trained candidates across different industries.
- Drive placement activities to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual placement targets.
- Organize and coordinate campus recruitment drives, job fairs, walk-in interviews and corporate hiring events.
- Build new corporate partnerships and strengthen existing employer relationships.
- Coordinate with training teams to ensure candidates are adequately prepared for interviews and employment.
- Facilitate end-to-end placement activities, including candidate shortlisting, interview scheduling, employer coordination, offer follow-ups and joining confirmations.
- Maintain placement records,



employer databases, recruitment pipelines and performance reports.
- Identify emerging industry hiring requirements and align placement strategies accordingly.
- Ensure strong candidate placement conversion and employer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Graduate or postgraduate in any discipline.
- Relevant experience in placements, corporate relations, training and placement, or skill development organizations.
- Mandatory proven track record of facilitating a minimum of 500–600 candidate placements.
- Strong existing corporate connections and an active network of HR professionals and recruiters.
- Experience organizing recruitment drives and managing corporate hiring partnerships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, networking and relationship-management skills.
- Strong target orientation with the ability to consistently deliver placement numbers.
- Experience working with training institutes, educational institutions, skill development companies or placement organizations preferred.

Mandatory Selection Criteria

- Minimum 500–600 successful candidate placements handled.
- Established corporate connections with active hiring relationships.
- Proven experience coordinating employer recruitment and placement drives.
- Ability to independently generate placement opportunities and achieve targets.
- Willingness to work from Bhubaneswar.

Salary: Up to ₹50,000 net in-hand per month, depending on relevant experience and placement track record.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
