We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to manage and scale our RM team and drive productivity across 1,000+ Associates across 40 cities.

Designation- Sales Manager
Experience- minimum 7 years

Location- Andheri

Key responsibilities:

* Manage & coach 5–10 RMs

* Drive revenue, closures & RM productivity

* Increase active associate % and revenue per active associate

* Improve lead → site visit → closure conversion

* Build sales processes, reviews & performance systems

* Identify and develop top-performing associates

* Work closely with the Founder/Leadership team

Ideal profile:

* 7–12 years total experience

* 5+ years in Real Estate / PropTech / Channel Sales

* 3+ years managing sales teams

* Strong experience in lead-driven real estate sales

* Data-driven, target-oriented and robust people manager Salary Range - 35 k - 45 k (Negotiable)

This is a high-ownership role with an opportunity to grow into Head of Sales / National Sales Leadership.
