HR MANAGER

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to manage and oversee the organization's HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, and HR compliance activities.

The ideal candidate should have 4–5 years of relevant HR experience, including prior experience in a Manager-level HR role, with strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee day-to-day HR operations.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet organizational manpower requirements.
- Manage, guide, and monitor the HR/recruitment team.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace concerns.
- Manage attendance, leave, employee records, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate with payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Coordinate performance appraisal and performance management processes.
- Plan and implement employee engagement, welfare, and retention initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with department heads and management for manpower planning and workforce requirements.
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant programs.
- Prepare HR MIS reports, recruitment reports, and management dashboards.
- Monitor employee retention, absenteeism, and other HR-related metrics.
- Support organizational development and continuous improvement of HR processes.
- Ensure effective communication of company policies and management decisions.




- Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.
- Handle HR-related issues and provide appropriate solutions in coordination with management.
- Perform other HR responsibilities assigned by management.

Requirements

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources / HR Management or a related field.
- 4–5 years of relevant HR experience.
- Mandatory: Prior experience as an HR Manager / HR Operations Manager / Assistant HR Manager or in a similar Manager-level HR position.
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and HR operations.
- Proven experience in team handling and people management.
- Good knowledge of HR policies, employee relations, and statutory compliance.
- Robust knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of HRMS/HR software is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, leadership, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple HR activities independently and meet deadlines.
- Experience in the healthcare/diagnostic industry will be an added advantage.
- Malayalam/Kannada communication skills will be an added advantage.
