Job Summary

The Senior Manager in Project Management will lead project governance initiatives ensuring alignment with organizational goals and effective delivery of projects

Job Description

Lead and oversee project governance frameworks to ensure compliance with organizational standards and policies

Drive strategic planning and execution of projects within the defined scope time and budget

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align project objectives with business goals Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks and issues

Facilitate communication between stakeholders to maintain transparency and accountability Ensure continuous improvement of project management processes and methodologies

Mentor and guide project managers and teams to enhance their capabilities and performance

Roles and Responsibilities

Establish and enforce project governance policies standards and best practices Review and approve project plans schedules and budgets to ensure feasibility and alignment

Conduct regular project status reviews and audits to ensure adherence to governance Identify assess and manage project risks and escalations effectively Lead stakeholder engagement efforts to secure buyin and manage expectations Drive resource planning and allocation to optimize project delivery Report project performance metrics and governance compliance to senior leadership Foster a culture of accountability collaboration and continuous learning within the project teams
