Job Role: Project Coordinator

Job Description:

1. Seeking a qualified graduate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination, preferably within the road construction or infrastructure development industry.

2. Coordination with Site Incharge / Project Managers regarding day-to-day site requirements.

3. Obtain and consolidate requirements for materials, machinery, manpower, tools and consumables from various sites.

4. Preparation of purchase/service orders accordingly.

5. Hiring of rental machinery at site.

6.



Coordinate with the site/ vendor for procurement of materials required for Microsurfacing projects.

7. Coordination with the Accounts Department for payment processing after required approvals.

8. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding pending bills, invoices, royalty challan etc

9. Coordination with site incharge for submission of site expenses timely.

10. Coordination for mobilisation and shifting of machinery, equipment and other resources from one site to another.

10. Any other responsibilities allotted by management/HOD.
