About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team with day-to-day HR activities and internal projects. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be well-organized, comfortable working with different teams, and have an interest in using technology and AI tools to improve HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
- Support the HR team with various internal projects and initiatives.
- Assist with recruitment activities, including candidate coordination, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Support employee onboarding and documentation processes.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR trackers, and documentation.
- Coordinate with employees for HR-related forms, documents, and information.
- Assist with employee engagement and internal communication activities.
- Help prepare HR reports, presentations, and other documentation.




- Support performance evaluation and feedback processes.
- Use AI and productivity tools where appropriate to improve efficiency, research, communication, documentation, and other HR processes.
- Assist with other HR activities and projects based on business requirements.

Requirements

- MBA in Human Resources or a related specialization is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate professionally with employees and stakeholders.
- Comfortable working with Google Workspace, including Google Sheets, Docs, and Forms.
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
- Ability to handle employee information professionally and maintain confidentiality.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
