Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Procurement Manager to lead our procurement department. The Procurement Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's purchasing activities, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services while maintaining high-quality standards. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong negotiation skills, a deep understanding of supply chain dynamics, and the ability to foster strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and manage procurement strategies and policies to optimize purchasing processes and achieve cost savings.
- Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
- Identify, evaluate, and select current suppliers, conducting thorough due diligence and risk assessments.
- Negotiate complex contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to secure favorable pricing, quality, and delivery schedules.
- Manage existing supplier relationships,



monitoring performance, resolving issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct market analysis and research to identify potential suppliers, new products, and industry trends.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments, including operations, finance, and engineering, to understand their needs and ensure procurement aligns with business objectives.
- Implement and manage procurement systems and tools (e.g., ERP, e-procurement platforms) to enhance efficiency and transparency.
- Monitor and report on key procurement metrics, including cost savings, supplier performance, and inventory levels.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant procurement laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Develop and manage the procurement budget, tracking expenditures and identifying opportunities for optimization.
- Drive sustainability initiatives within the supply chain, promoting ethical sourcing and responsible practices.
