SBM Web Solution is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team.

The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, identifying potential clients, promoting our web and mobile app development services, and converting leads into successful projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and identify new business leads through online platforms, social media, LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
- Contact potential clients and understand their business requirements.
- Promote website, mobile app, software development, and digital solutions.
- Prepare and share proposals with prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Negotiate with clients and help convert prospects into projects.
- Maintain strong and professional client relationships.




- Achieve monthly business development and sales targets.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Basic understanding of website and mobile app development services.
- Experience in IT business development, sales, or lead generation is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills may also apply.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
