Role Summary

We are looking for energetic, target-oriented, and self-motivated Marketing Field Executives to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving field sales, building strong relationships with agricultural networks, and promoting our organic fertilizer solutions across allotted territories.

Key Responsibilities

- Field Sales & Marketing: Promote and sell Shreeji Organics' product range (organic fertilizers, soil supplements, etc.) to farmers, distributors, and dealers within the assigned work location.
- Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities, expand the dealer/distributor network, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Farmer Engagement: Educate farmers on the benefits of organic farming, proper product application, and soil health management.
- Relationship Management: Maintain healthy, long-term working relationships with existing clients, agricultural cooperatives, and local stakeholders.
- Reporting: Regularly update management on market trends,



competitor activities, and daily sales/visit reports.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Education: Graduate degree (Agriculture-related degree/B.Sc. Agri / Horticulture preferred).
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably within the agriculture, horticulture, or agro-input sector.
- Language Skills: Excellent communication skills with fluency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
- Mandatory Requirements: Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and a personal vehicle.
- Attributes: Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, hardworking, and passionate about the agricultural sector.
