About the Role
You will work from India as part of our UAE bid team. You will turn client requirements, RFQs and consultant specifications into AV designs, CAD drawings, BOQs and technical proposals that win projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Review RFQs, tender documents and consultant drawings to identify scope, gaps and compliance requirements
- Design AV solutions for meeting rooms, boardrooms, auditoriums, control rooms, video walls, LED displays and Teams / Zoom Rooms
- Prepare AV schematics, rack elevations, layouts and cable schedules in AutoCAD
- Carry out design calculations (display sizing, sightlines, LED pixel pitch, speaker coverage, power and heat loads)
- Prepare detailed BOQs, request vendor quotations and support pricing with the UAE team
- Write technical proposals, compliance statements and submittals
- Join client and OEM calls remotely to present solutions
- Work with OEMs such as Barco, Shure, Crestron, Extron, QSC, Biamp, Samsung and LG

Requirements

- B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical or a related field (a diploma with strong AV design experience will also be considered)
- 4–8 years in AV presales, design or consulting with a system integrator or consultant
- AVIXA CTS certification (mandatory); CTS-D preferred
- Strong AutoCAD skills; MS Visio; knowledge of Revit, SketchUp or D-Tools is a plus
- Good knowledge of AV-over-IP (Dante, SDVoE, NDI), HDBaseT, DSP, UC platforms and control systems
- Working knowledge of AV networking (VLANs, multicast, QoS, PoE) and advanced Excel
- Experience preparing BOQs and technical proposals, not only drawings
- GCC / UAE project experience preferred
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Able to work UAE hours, meet tight bid deadlines and work independently from home with a laptop, secure internet and power backup

OEM certifications (Crestron, Extron, Q-SYS, Biamp Tesira, Dante, Shure, Barco, Microsoft Teams Rooms)
