About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team at Growth Pilot . In this role, you will edit raw footage into high-quality, engaging videos for our YouTube / Social Media/other platforms.

Responsibilities:

- Edit raw video footage into polished, high-performing videos Reels, YouTube,
- Instagram, promotional ads.
- Add engaging visual effects, text animations, sound effects, subtitles/captions, and background music.
- Perform color grading and audio leveling to ensure clean, professional output.
- Follow brand guidelines and maintain a consistent style across all video content.




- Meet project deadlines and quickly make revisions based on feedback.
- Organize and manage raw footage, project files, and completed assets.Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Video Editor (must submit a portfolio/showreel).
- Experience with short-form content Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts is a big plus.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills.
