Senior Sales Manager – Petroleum, Fuel Oils & Lubricants

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager with strong industry exposure in Petroleum, Fuel Oils, Lubricants, Industrial Oils, or related Oil & Energy products. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, business development, customer acquisition, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets.
- Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Manage key accounts and maintain strong relationships with industrial customers, dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Drive sales of petroleum products, fuel oils, lubricants, and related products.
- Identify current markets and business opportunities across Mumbai and surrounding areas.
- Handle negotiations, quotations, pricing, and commercial discussions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.




- Manage sales forecasting, targets, reporting, and collection follow-ups.
- Coordinate with logistics, operations, and internal teams for timely product delivery.
- Lead and guide the sales team to achieve business objectives.

Candidate Requirements

- 10+ years of relevant sales experience is preferred.
- Candidates with direct experience in Petroleum, Fuel Oil, Lubricants, Industrial Oil, Petrochemical, or Oil & Gas industries will be strongly preferred.
- Strong B2B sales and business development experience.
- Existing network among industrial customers, distributors, dealers, or institutional buyers will be an advantage.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, relationship management, and leadership skills.
- Strong knowledge of the Mumbai market is preferred.
- Candidates from unrelated industries without relevant oil/fuel/lubricant exposure will not be preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
