We are looking for a Qualified CA with strong accounting experience to manage complete financial operations for a growing US-based Trucking Company.
Key Responsibilities:

- Manage complete Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable (AP/AR)
- Handle all accounting in QuickBooks – Entries, Reconciliation & Month-End Closing
- Process Carrier, Owner-Operator & Contractor Settlements and Payments
- Track Trucking OPEX – Fuel, Repairs, Maintenance, Insurance, Lease, etc.
- Manage Customer Invoicing, Receivables & Collections
- Prepare Monthly P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow & MIS Reports
- Handle Payroll Accounting, 1099s, IFTA, IRP, and Audit Records
- Ensure US Federal & State Tax Compliance as per IRS Regulations
- Coordinate with External CPA for Tax Filing and Compliance Matters
- Maintain Confidentiality and Accuracy of Financial Data

Requirements:





- Qualification: Qualified CA
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in Accounting (Experience in US Accounting / Trucking / Logistics / Transportation will be a big plus)
- Expertise in QuickBooks is Mandatory
- Strong Knowledge of AP, AR, Finalization, Reconciliation, and Financial Reporting
- Good Understanding of US Taxation, IRS, IFTA, IRP
- Excellent Analytical, Organizational, and Communication Skills
