Key Responsibilities

- Account Management: Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to generate long-term business value.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, expand customer accounts, and contribute to revenue growth.
- Customer Relationship Management: Understand customer requirements, provide appropriate solutions, and ensure a consistently high standard of service.
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Support sales targets, monitor business opportunities, and identify opportunities for repeat business and referrals.
- Customer Retention: Maintain regular customer engagement, strengthen loyalty, and develop long-term relationships through proactive follow-ups.
- Lead Management: Track customer enquiries, coordinate follow-ups, and support timely conversion of prospective customers into business.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with sales, service, finance, and other internal teams to ensure smooth customer interactions and timely resolution of issues.
- Performance Monitoring:



Maintain accurate customer records, track account progress, prepare reports, and support business planning.
- Problem Resolution: Handle customer concerns professionally and coordinate effective solutions to maintain trust and satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who demonstrates:

- A minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-management skills.
- A customer-first mindset combined with a results-oriented approach.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to identify business opportunities.
- Strong negotiation, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems, where applicable.
- The ability to work collaboratively while managing multiple priorities.

Experience in automotive sales, dealership operations, key account management, or customer relationship management would be advantageous.
