COMPENSATION - 4.8 to 9.6 LPA (Fixed + Incentive)

About company

scanO is an Indian AI-based dental health company that helps people find dental problems early. Its main product, scanO air, takes three pictures of the mouth and uses AI to check for 40+ dental and oral health conditions. It gives a simple oral health report in less than two minutes, without any radiation or discomfort. scanO works with dentists, clinics, hospitals, and organisations to make dental check-ups faster, easier, and more accessible.

Role Overview

As a Product Specialist, you are the face of scanO for every clinic you speak to. You will sell scanO air along with the Engage and Care apps, owning the entire sales journey: from researching a campaign lead and making the first call, through demos and negotiation, to a closed deal. It is a sales role at heart, with one difference: you will know the product well enough that dentists trust you as an expert who can show them how scanO grows their clinic's revenue.

What You'll Do

- Lead research & outreach
- Research every lead before the first call: the clinic's location, size, services, patient volume, and local market
- Build a tailored pitch for each clinic that shows clearly how scanO can add to their revenue
- Contact every lead generated through marketing campaigns quickly, by call, WhatsApp, and email
- Book and run product demos of scanO Air, Engage, and Care, in person or online
- Recommend the right product combination for each clinic

End-to-end sales journey

- Own every deal from first contact to proposal, negotiation, and closure
- Prepare quotations and proposals, and handle objections and pricing conversations
- Follow up consistently so no lead goes cold

CRM & tools

- Log every call, meeting,



and follow-up in the CRM and keep deal stages accurate
- Use AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT to research clinics, draft follow-ups, and prepare for calls

Expos, roadshows & market feedback

- Travel occasionally to dental expos, conferences, and roadshows across India (fully sponsored by the company)
- Run live demos at the booth, capture leads, and follow up after the event
- Share what you hear from dentists with the product and marketing teams

What We're Looking For

- Mandatory: fluent in English and Hindi, plus at least one South Indian language (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam)
- 0 to 3 years in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role; robust freshers welcome
- Confident on the phone and in person, with a knack for understanding a client's business
- Comfortable using a CRM properly and keeping records up to date
- Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets and everyday laptop software (email, docs, slides, video calls)
- Basic working knowledge of AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT
- Target-driven, persistent with follow-ups, and comfortable hearing "no"
- Open to occasional travel across India for expos and roadshows
- Background in dental, healthcare, or medical devices is a plus
- Ready to work on-site in Baner, Pune, Monday to Saturday
