Marketing Executive

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (6 days a week)
Reports To: Senior Marketing Head

Role Overview

Beegains is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Marketing Executive who is comfortable spending most of their time in the field. You will visit businesses, speak with people on the ground, collect accurate data, and turn it into clear business analysis and reports that guide our marketing and growth decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit other academies and training institutions to collect information on their courses, fee structures, admission processes, facilities, faculty, batch sizes, marketing methods and student feedback.
- Study the local and regional industry: market trends, competitor strengths and weaknesses, demand for courses and emerging opportunities.
- Build respectful relationships with academy staff, students and parents so information is gathered openly and ethically.
- Analyse the collected data and prepare business analysis reports with clear insights and practical recommendations.
- Benchmark Beegains against competitors and highlight gaps and opportunities.
- Maintain organised records of every visit, contact and finding.




- Submit daily field reports and weekly or monthly analysis reports to the Senior Marketing Head.
- Present findings to management and support marketing strategy and campaigns based on them.
- Identify new course ideas, locations and business opportunities for the organisation.

Qualifications

- MBA or PGDM (Marketing preferred; other specialisations may be considered).
- Freshers with strong analytical ability and field aptitude may apply. Experience in field marketing, research or sales is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

- Strong observation, data collection, analysis and report-writing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint.
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English (Hindi is a plus).
- Compassionate, patient and people-oriented, with a respectful approach to every interaction.
- Honest, disciplined and self-motivated, with a high standard of skilled ethics.
- Willingness to travel locally every day for field work.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Additional Requirements

- Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Willingness to work six days a week (9 AM to 6 PM).

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
