Job Title: Hotel Sales Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Hotel Sales Manager to drive sales, increase room occupancy, and generate revenue across our hotel properties.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

- Identify and acquire new corporate clients, travel agents, tour operators, and business partners.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

- Promote hotel rooms, banquet facilities, restaurant services, and other hospitality offerings.

- Handle corporate bookings, group reservations, and business enquiries.

- Conduct client meetings, sales visits, and follow-ups to generate new business.

- Coordinate with the reservations, front office, and operations teams to ensure guest satisfaction.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance.





- Prepare sales reports, maintain client databases, and provide regular updates to management.

- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth of the hotel.

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Robust business development and client relationship management abilities.

- Knowledge of hotel sales, marketing, and hospitality operations.

- Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently.

- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
