Venue Supervisor – Sanskriti Conventions

Location: Gadag, Karnataka

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Venue Supervisor to manage the daily operations and maintenance of our wedding and event venue in Gadag.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily venue operations and maintenance.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper upkeep of the property.
- Supervise housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff.
- Coordinate with vendors and event organisers.
- Ensure the venue is ready for weddings and events.
- Handle repairs, inventory, and other operational requirements.
- Report regularly to management.

Requirements:

- Age 25 years or above preferred.
- Previous experience in hospitality, facility management, or event operations preferred.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage staff and work independently.
- Willingness to work flexible hours during events.
- Candidates from Gadag or nearby areas preferred.

Salary:

- Fixed + Incentives
