Key Responsibilities

- AI Content Writing: Create blogs, website content, SEO articles, LinkedIn posts, social media captions, ad copy and marketing communication using AI tools.
- LinkedIn Content Creation: Develop engaging thought-leadership posts, founder-led content, industry insights and LinkedIn carousels for multiple brands.
- Social Media Creatives: Create Instagram posts, carousels, infographics and ad creatives using AI image-generation and design tools.
- AI Video Creation: Produce reels, short-form videos and long-form videos using AI-generated scripts, images, video clips, voice-overs, subtitles and music.
- Prompt Engineering: Write effective prompts for generating high-quality text, images, videos and creative concepts.
- AI Image Generation: Generate original visuals, product images, campaign concepts and branded social media assets using AI tools.
- Workflow Automation: Build reusable AI-powered workflows for content research, writing, editing, image generation, video production and content repurposing.
- Content Repurposing: Convert blogs into LinkedIn posts, Instagram carousels, reels, short videos and other platform-specific formats.
- AI Tool Research: Explore new AI tools and identify ways to improve creative output, productivity and content quality.
- Quality Control: Review AI-generated content for accuracy, originality, grammar, brand consistency and visual quality before delivery.

Required Skills & Tools

- Hands-on experience with AI-powered content creation and generative AI tools.
- Strong writing and editing skills for LinkedIn, blogs, websites and social media.
- Experience with ChatGPT, Claude,



Gemini or equivalent AI writing tools.
- Familiarity with AI image-generation tools such as Midjourney, Ideogram, Adobe Firefly or similar platforms.
- Experience with AI video-generation tools such as Runway, Kling, Pika or equivalent platforms.
- Proficiency in Canva and familiarity with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Express or similar creative tools.
- Robust prompt-writing skills for text, image and video generation.
- Experience with workflow automation tools such as n8n, Make or Zapier.
- Ability to combine multiple AI tools into practical, repeatable content production workflows.
- Understanding of social media formats, visual storytelling, typography, branding and content trends.

AI Tools, Subscriptions & Credit Management

- Understand how AI subscriptions, credits, generation limits and usage-based pricing work.
- Optimise prompts and workflows to minimise unnecessary credit consumption.




- Track tool usage and manage allocated credits responsibly.
- Brand Bhoomi will provide or approve the required tools and subscriptions based on business requirements.
- Candidates must disclose the AI tools they use, their proficiency and any paid subscriptions or credits required for their workflow.

Portfolio of designs, posts, articles and workflow is mandatory for selection. Please do not apply if you cannot demonstrate workflow setups.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
