Key Responsibilities of a Jamabandi / Land Record Typist:
* Data Entry & Digitization: Accurately transcribe land ownership details, Khasra/Khatauni numbers, and revenue records into official digital databases.
* Record Updating (Mutations): Process changes in land ownership, title transfers (Intakal), and encumbrances.
* Verification & Auditing: Cross-check physical land registry documents against digital entries to resolve discrepancies.
* Document Generation: Issue certified Jamabandi copies and extracts for property buyers, legal teams, and financial institutions.
Pay: ₹8,700.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
