Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Visa Filing Specialist to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have proven hands-on experience in preparing and submitting both temporary and permanent residence applications for Canada. You will manage end-to-end filing processes, ensuring flawless documentation, compliance with current IRCC standards, and timely submissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Temporary Applications: Manage the complete visa filing process for Canadian Temporary Applications, including Study Permits, Work Permits (LMIA & Spousal Open Work Permits), and Visitor Visas.
- Permanent Applications: Process and submit comprehensive Permanent Residence applications, encompassing Express Entry (FSW, CEC, FST), Provincial Nominee Programs (PNP), Atlantic Immigration Program (AIP), Rural Community Immigration Pilot (RCIP), and specialized Caregiver pathways.
- Family Sponsorships: Handle the complex documentation and filing requirements for Spousal, Parent, and Grandparent sponsorship streams.
- File Management: Create, maintain, and update client files from incoming applications, organizing and verifying documentation in each file to ensure it is complete and ready for final assessment.
- Client Coordination: Liaise directly with clients to gather required documentation, assist them in filling out visa application forms accurately,



and provide clear guidance on specific IRCC criteria.
- Quality Assurance: Review client profiles, forms, and supporting documents to detect any discrepancies, missing information, or compliance issues prior to portal submission.
- Status Tracking: Track application progress, manage internal queues across the file-flow spectrum, and provide timely updates or follow-ups to clients and internal case managers.
- Policy Compliance: Stay continuously up-to-date with changes in Canadian visa regulations, portal updates, and procedural shifts.

Qualifications & Experience

- Required Experience: Proven, direct track record of filing both Canadian Temporary Residence and Permanent Residence applications.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of Canadian immigration policies, application requirements, and documentation procedures, including familiarity with IRCC's online portals and document management systems.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills and a high degree of precision to ensure zero-error, audit-ready submissions.
- Communication: Excellent English communication and customer service skills for professional client interactions and clear written correspondence.
- Work Style: Ability to work independently, manage a high volume of files efficiently, and adapt to evolving procedures in a fast-paced remote setting.

Working Conditions & Compensation

- Work Model: 100% Remote / Work from Home.
- Device Policy: Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) — candidates must possess a reliable personal computer or laptop, secure updated software, and a stable, high-speed internet connection to manage confidential client data.
- Schedule: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time), 5 days a week (Monday to Friday).
- Compensation: ₹2,50,000 to ₹5,00,000 per annum (INR), commensurate with proven filing experience and operational capabilities.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
