Role Brief As a Startup Diagnostic & Growth Associate, you will be the analytical engine of our squad. You will step into chaotic startup ecosystems, dissect their raw metrics, map out their hidden gaps, and design the growth frameworks that founders need to scale. You will gain exposure across 8 core verticals, ranging from fast-paced Fintech and SaaS models to asset-heavy D2C E-Commerce and AgriTech supply chains.

Key Responsibilities Data Room Dissection: Deep-dive into a startup’s raw operating data, financial ledgers, and unit economics to detect margin leaks and structural inefficiencies.

Process & Supply Chain Mapping: Analyze and document current workflows across product delivery,



customer onboarding, or logistics networks to pinpoint operational lag.

Growth & Funnel Optimization: Run data audits on B2B sales pipelines and B2C user conversion funnels to identify where customers are dropping off.

Pricing & Financial Modeling: Assist in building predictive models to test how alternative monetization frameworks (e.g., transitioning to subscriptions) impact profitability.

CRM & Tech Maintenance: Audit and configure internal startup databases (Airtable, HubSpot, Retool) to ensure founders have clear executive dashboards.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

Experience: 1–3 years within a fast-paced environment (e.g., startup operations, venture capital analyst desk, boutique advisory, or high-velocity agency).

Education: Graduate or postgraduate degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or an analytical field.

The Tech Mindset: Naturally digitally agile. You must be comfortable working with advanced data modeling tools, automation platforms (Make/Zapier), and Generative AI engines.

Analytical Polish: A highly structured thinker who can look at a broken, unorganized startup dashboard and extract a clear, actionable diagnostic brief.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
