Work Mode: Onsite | Monday – Saturday
Shift: 7.30 PM – 4.30 AM
Experience: 1–2 Years (Candidates with more than 2 years of experience, please do not apply)

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide end-user support for desktops, laptops, and systems
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network & connectivity issues
- Handle employee IT onboarding & offboarding
- Configure Outlook, VPN, printers & system access
- Support LAN/Wi-Fi and basic networking activities
- Manage software installation, backups & IT documentation

Requirements:
✔ Strong End-User / User Support experience
✔ Hands-on experience in desktop & laptop troubleshooting
✔ Good knowledge of Windows OS, VPN, printers & networking
✔ Basic knowledge of CCTV systems
✔ Valuable communication & problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
