Job Summary

We are looking for a Civil Site Engineer to supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction activities at project sites in Nagpur. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, quality control, measurements, contractor coordination, manpower management, and timely completion of assigned work. Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily civil construction and site execution activities.
- Execute work as per approved structural, architectural and civil drawings.
- Monitor RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, masonry, plastering, waterproofing and finishing works.
- Check levels, alignment, dimensions and measurements before and during execution.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, consultants and site labour.
- Monitor manpower, materials and equipment required at site.
- Ensure construction work meets required quality standards and specifications.




- Track daily progress and ensure activities are completed within the planned schedule.
- Conduct site inspections and identify technical or execution-related issues.
- Maintain daily site reports, measurements, material records and other project documentation.
- Assist with quantity verification, billing and joint measurement records where required.
- Coordinate with project, planning, QA/QC and other engineering teams.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of RCC, shuttering, reinforcement and finishing works.
- Site measurement and quantity-checking skills.
- Contractor and manpower handling.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability.

Preferred Candidate
