Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
- Handle incoming inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and other communication channels.
- Explain course details, eligibility criteria, fees, and career prospects to prospective students.
- Follow up with interested students and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Maintain accurate student records and update inquiry details in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets.
- Coordinate with the academic and admission teams to ensure a smooth student onboarding process.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students and address their questions professionally.
- Provide accurate information and maintain a positive student experience.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
