- Receiving and reviewing buyer purchase orders.
- Confirming order details, quantities, prices and delivery schedules.
- Preparing and maintaining order files and buyer specifications.
- Coordinating sample development and obtaining buyer approvals.
- Following up on greige fabric availability and purchase orders.
- Coordinating fabric processing, dyeing, printing and finishing activities.
- Calculating fabric and trims consumption.
- Coordinating with the Purchase Department for timely procurement of trims and packing materials.
- Coordinating with PPC for production planning and order execution.
- Monitoring order-wise production progress and delivery schedules.
- Coordinating with Quality for fabric, product and packing approvals.
- Following up on pending materials, approvals and production delays.
- Communicating order status and updates to buyers.
- Coordinating packing,



final inspection and shipment activities.
- Ensuring on-time delivery as per buyer requirements.
- Preparing daily order status and pending activity reports.
- Monitoring order costing and consumption variances.
- Maintaining buyer correspondence and order-related documentation.
- Identifying order execution issues and coordinating corrective actions.
- Submitting order progress and shipment status reports to management.
