The selected candidates will work closely with the management team and participate in day-to-day business activities, helping them develop leadership, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in daily business operations and management activities.
- Support business development, sales, and marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain reports, records, and performance data.
- Assist in client communication, follow-ups, and relationship management.
- Participate in business planning, strategy execution, and team meetings.
- Track targets, analyze performance, and suggest improvements.
- Learn professional communication, leadership,



and problem-solving skills.

Eligibility Criteria

- Freshers and recent graduates are welcome to apply.
- Candidates pursuing or holding a degree in BBA, MBA, B.Com, BMS, or any relevant field are preferred.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn, take responsibility, and work in a team.
