Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Freight Broker to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in US logistics, freight brokerage, load booking, carrier sourcing, rate negotiation, and customer relationship management.

The candidate will be responsible for managing shipments, coordinating with carriers and shippers, negotiating competitive rates, and ensuring timely and efficient transportation services.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and negotiate freight rates with carriers to secure competitive pricing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with shippers, carriers, and transportation partners.
- Manage end-to-end freight brokerage operations, including load booking, dispatch coordination, and shipment tracking.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the US transportation market.
- Negotiate rates with customers and carriers to maximize profitability.
- Track shipments and proactively resolve delays, operational issues, and service-related concerns.
- Ensure timely communication with customers and carriers throughout the shipment lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate shipment records, rate confirmations,



and other required documentation.
- Meet individual and team targets related to revenue, profitability, and load volume.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in US logistics or freight brokerage.
- Strong understanding of the US transportation and freight brokerage industry.
- Experience with carrier sourcing, load booking, rate negotiation, and shipment management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple shipments efficiently.
- Familiarity with load boards, transportation management systems (TMS), and freight documentation is preferred.
- Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US business hours.
